Part 2 : Rain fell harder now, like the sky was trying to erase the truth.

The bride stood shaking, holding the marriage certificate up for everyone to see.

BRIDE (desperate): “He’s my husband! Look at the signature! He was alive yesterday!”

The crowd erupted in confusion.

MOURNER: “This is insane…”
OLDER WOMAN: “Someone explain what’s going on!”

The man in the suit took a step back, pale as death.

BRIDE (pointing at him): “You knew! You know something! Tell them!”

He didn’t answer.

His hands were trembling.

Then suddenly—

He turned.

And ran.

BRIDE (shouting after him): “Stop him!”

But he disappeared between the gravestones into the fog.

Silence fell again—but heavier now.

The older woman looked down at the coffin.

OLDER WOMAN (quietly): “Then… who are we burying?”

The bride slowly placed her hand on the coffin.

Her voice broke into a whisper.

BRIDE: “Not my husband…”

A distant bell rang from the church.

And somewhere in the fog, the man’s footsteps kept running—like he was fleeing a truth that had finally come alive.
