Part 2 : The silence after her words was heavier than the marble beneath them.

Guests stopped breathing. Glasses stayed half-raised. Even the music had already faded without anyone noticing.

The boy didn’t let go.

His voice was softer now, but sharper with emotion.

“My mama said you stood the day you left us.”

That sentence hit the woman harder than anything else.

Her face changed—confusion first… then fear… then something buried deep under years of silence.

“I don’t know you,” she said, but her voice shook.

The boy leaned closer.

“You do.”

Security finally stepped forward.

But then—

The woman lifted her hand.

“Stop.”

Everyone froze again.

She looked down at her legs… like she was seeing them for the first time.

Slowly, impossibly, her foot shifted on the marble.

A tiny movement.

But enough.

Her breath broke.

“…I remember a hospital… a door… and a child crying.”

The boy’s eyes filled with tears.

“You left me there.”

A violent silence swallowed the terrace.

Then her leg moved again—stronger this time.

Her body was responding.

The woman’s eyes widened in horror as realization hit her fully—

And just as she tried to speak the truth she had buried for years…

the screen cuts to black before her first full step.
