Part 2 : Victoria rushed outside, but the man didn’t run.

Instead, he calmly handed her an old photograph.

It showed two young women wearing identical rose-shaped rings.

One was Victoria.

The other was the little girl’s mother.

On the back of the photo, a handwritten message froze Victoria in place:

“One sister was taken. One sister was told the other had died.”

Victoria looked at the little girl with tears filling her eyes.

“What’s your mother’s name?”

The girl answered softly,

“Emma Rosewood.”

Victoria dropped the photograph.

Emma wasn’t dead.

She was her twin sister.

And the little girl standing in front of her…

…was her niece, who had spent nine years searching for the family that never knew she existed.
