Part 2 : The ballroom no longer felt like a celebration.

It felt like a courtroom waiting for a verdict.

Guests stopped talking. Glasses stayed untouched. Even the music had stopped completely.

Richard stared at the documents, his hands slightly tighter than before.

“This is fake,” he said quickly. “This is harassment.”

The stranger didn’t react.

Instead, he reached into his coat and pulled out one more item.

A company ID card.

Faded… but real.

The name on it made a few older executives go pale.

JONATHAN REYES — ORIGINAL FOUNDER.

A whisper spread through the crowd.

“That’s impossible… he disappeared years ago…”

Richard forced a laugh.

“You’re not him.”

Jonathan finally stepped closer.

His voice was calm—but sharp.

“You erased me from records. You bought silence. You buried evidence.”

He paused.

“But you forgot one thing.”

Richard frowned.

“What?”

Jonathan leaned in slightly.

“I didn’t disappear. I rebuilt.”

A low murmur filled the room.

Richard’s confidence cracked for the first time.

“You have no power here,” he snapped. “Security—remove him.”

No one moved.

Not the guards.

Not the staff.

Because Jonathan slowly raised his hand—and the main screen of the ballroom lit up.

Live footage.

Board members.

Bank transfers.

Emails.

All exposing Richard’s hidden deals.

Gasps erupted.

Richard turned around wildly.

“What is this?!”

Jonathan spoke quietly.

“This is the truth you thought no one would see.”

Richard’s voice rose.

“You can’t destroy me like this!”

Jonathan looked at him for a long moment.

Then said:

“I’m not destroying you.”

He paused.

“I’m replacing you.”

The doors of the ballroom suddenly opened again.

More people entered.

Lawyers. Officials. Investigators.

The guests stood up in shock.

Richard stepped back, realizing too late.

Jonathan turned to the crowd one final time.

“This company was built on lies,” he said. “Tonight, it returns to its original owner.”

Richard whispered, almost broken:

“This isn’t over…”

Jonathan looked at him calmly.

“It already is.”

CUT TO BLACK.

FINAL TEXT:

“Sometimes the man in the shadows… is the one who owns the light.”
