Part 2 : The street was frozen in shock.

No one moved.

No one even breathed properly.

The woman stared at the boy like reality had broken.

Eight years ago… her son had disappeared.

A hospital error. A stolen identity. A closed case that was never solved.

And now… he was here.

Alive.

In the dirt.

She slowly stepped forward, shaking.

WOMAN
“Tell me your name…”

The boy looked down.

HOMELESS BOY
“…I don’t know anymore.”

Her knees almost gave out.

The man from the SUV rushed forward.

MAN (panicked)
“This is dangerous. We need to leave—now.”

But she didn’t listen.

She reached out… and touched the boy’s face.

Warm skin.

Real.

Human.

Her voice broke completely.

WOMAN
“I used to sing to you… every night…”

The boy flinched.

Something inside him shifted.

A memory… deep… buried.

A lullaby.

His hands began to shake violently.

HOMELESS BOY (whispering)
“…I remember… water… a hospital… crying…”

The man stepped back.

MAN
“Stop this. If the truth comes out—everything collapses.”

The woman turned sharply.

WOMAN
“What did you do?”

Silence.

The boy suddenly grabbed his head in pain.

Flashback fragments hit him like lightning—white rooms, alarms, a woman screaming, hands pulling him away.

He dropped to his knees.

HOMELESS BOY (screaming)
“DON’T TAKE ME!”

The street erupted in chaos.

People filming.

Shouting.

Crying.

The woman fell beside him, holding him.

WOMAN
“I found you… I finally found you…”

But then—

The boy looked at her with fear… not recognition.

HOMELESS BOY
“…I don’t know you.”

That sentence destroyed her.

And then—

The man in the suit whispered the final truth:

MAN
“He was never lost…”

MAN (lower)
“…he was taken.”

A police siren echoed in the distance.

The boy looked up at the sound.

And slowly stood.

Still shaking.

Still broken.

And as the sirens got closer… he whispered:

HOMELESS BOY
“…if I’m really yours… why did I forget you?”

CUT TO BLACK.
