“This trash doesn’t deserve to eat here!” he shouted.
The diner went completely silent. The waitress froze, tears filling her eyes.
The man slowly stood up.
Something in the room changed.
His posture straightened. His tired expression disappeared.
He looked at the manager calmly and said:
“I’m the owner.”
The manager’s face turned pale instantly.
The man then turned toward the waitress, the silence stretching painfully.
And in a low voice, he added:
“And you just showed me who deserves to stay here…”
