Part 2 : Panic exploded across the ballroom.

Guests screamed and ducked beneath tables as armed men appeared from the darkness.

Flashlights cut through the room.

The little girl froze beside the piano.

“Grab her!” one of the masked men shouted.

Adrian moved instantly.

He pulled the girl behind him just as a gunshot shattered the piano keys.

The crowd ran in every direction.

The girl clung to Adrian’s jacket, terrified.

“Mister… what’s happening?”

Adrian looked at her with shaking eyes.

“I think… they came because of you.”

Another gunshot echoed.

Security guards rushed into the ballroom, fighting the masked men.

In the chaos, one attacker grabbed the little girl’s necklace and ripped it from her neck.

The broken pendant fell onto the marble floor.

Adrian stared at it in horror.

There was no doubt anymore.

She was his daughter.

The attacker smiled beneath his mask.

“So now you finally understand.”

Adrian’s voice trembled with rage.
“Where is Sophia?!”

The masked man laughed coldly.

“She spent twenty years hiding your child from the people who wanted your family dead.”

The girl looked between them in confusion.

“My mother… lied to me?”

Before Adrian could answer, the masked man pulled out a phone and threw it toward him.

A live video appeared on the screen.

A woman tied to a chair looked weakly into the camera.

Emily’s mother.

Sophia.

Alive.

Tears rolled down Adrian’s face instantly.

Sophia spoke softly through bruised lips.

“Adrian… save our daughter…”

The screen suddenly went black.

Emily began crying.

“Mom?!”

The masked men started retreating toward the exits.

“Catch them!” security shouted.

But before escaping, the leader turned back one final time.

And revealed his face.

Adrian’s blood ran cold.

It was his own younger brother.

The brother everyone believed died twenty years ago.

He smiled darkly.

“You destroyed this family first, Adrian. Now it’s your turn to lose everything.”

Then he disappeared into the night.

The police stormed into the ruined ballroom seconds later.

Broken glass covered the marble floor.

The piano was destroyed.

Guests stood trembling in silence.

And in the middle of the chaos, Emily slowly looked up at Adrian.

Her voice shook.

“Are you really my father?”

Adrian fell to his knees in front of her.

Then wrapped his arms around her tightly.

“Yes,” he whispered through tears. “And I’m never losing you again.”

Far away, inside an abandoned warehouse, Sophia quietly cried as footsteps approached her cell.

And someone whispered from the darkness:

“He knows the truth now.”
